A Doula is a trained professional who empowers you before, during, and after childbirth. My primary role is helping you achieve the most satisfying birthing experience possible by providing emotional, physical, and informational support. I work alongside your birth team in a non-medical role too. insure you're listened to, confident in your choices, and in charge throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum.

I attend all births including hospital, homebirth, birth center, and anything in between.
